Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software applications that support global trading systems. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement low-latency connections to global trading venues, covering both order gateways and market data feeds.
  • Coordinate connectivity with FIX brokers, from project inception to delivery, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Analyze exchange-facing components, suggesting and implementing optimizations for best trading outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve real-time issues and long-term projects.
  • Perform performance tuning, maximize throughput, and minimize latency.

Key Qualifications:

  • Development experience in either Java or C++.
  • Proficiency in a scripting language, preferably Python.
  • Experience working in a high-frequency trading firm.
  • Experience working in Windows and Linux environments with a solid understanding of network protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in financial markets.
  • Strong academic record in computer science.
  • Experience with some or all of the following: ITCH, OUCH, FLEX, Arrowhead, JGATE, OMNET, FIX.
