Role Overview

A seasoned Claims Consultant is sought to manage a portfolio of General liability claims from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret policy wordings and apply accurately
  • Provide advice on indemnity, liability, quantum, reserving and settlement
  • Liaise with third-party providers, including solicitors, loss adjusters and brokers
  • Settle claims within client service instructions and company guidelines
  • Resolve complaints in accordance with company policies
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in claims management
  • Industry-specific qualifications (ANZIIF) with strong exposure to Third-Party Liability claims
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
