At The Star, we are looking for an Entertainment Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance guest retention through entertainment offerings. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks within the department, coordinating procurement and bookings for live music, DJs, comedy, and other performance types, and overseeing operational execution for BAU entertainment, campaigns, activations, and private entertainment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and talent agreements
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of entertainment offerings
  • Providing on-ground event and entertainment support, including weekends as needed
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with a proven track record in coordinating performances and artists. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in entertainment, music, or events
  • Proven experience coordinating performances and artists
  • Strong ability to manage performances while controlling labour and costs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
