We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the Event Coordinator role, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our office.

About the Job

The successful candidate will play a vital operational delivery and execution of events on the day of delivery within our office. This involves hands-on coordination during events, managing interactions with employees, executives, customers, partners, and guests, as well as working closely with Event Supervisors and the hospitality team to ensure seamless real-time execution of experiences that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver operational excellence for holistic guest experiences during executive receptions
  • Coordinate partner events, employee events, and other gatherings on Specialty floors and Employee Floors within our office
  • Provide strong customer service skills and proficiency in executive interactions during events
  • Multitask efficiently and manage multiple simultaneous live events
  • Ensure consistency with our brand and design standards in all customer-facing areas during events
  • Execute logistics for customer-facing meetings, company-wide events, and programs during the live event phase
  • Manage on-site event logistics to adhere to Health & Safety and Global Security & Safety policies
  • Utilize our ticketing system and run sheets to manage assigned events from start to finish during live execution
  • Manage external relationships (agencies, vendors) on-site during live events
  • Assist with reasonable management requests
  • Be available during evenings, weekends, and after hours as needed for event execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Hospitality, Events, or high-end corporate concierge or a related field
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure during live events and problem-solve effectively
  • Flexibility to accommodate hours of work, including weekends and after-hours events
  • Strong administrative skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver services to a high degree of quality
  • Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions
  • Highly confident communicator and strong professional interpersonal skills
