About the Opportunity
This esteemed organisation seeks a driven and detail-oriented Client Services Executive to join its team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of customer care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting clients across both administrative and face-to-face service.
The Role
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, the role involves managing incoming enquiries, processing orders, coordinating dispatch, and maintaining accurate internal records.
- Working closely with production, stock control and operations teams, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, professionalism, and strong relationships are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person with professionalism and empathy.
- Process customer orders including quotations, invoicing, payments, dispatch and follow-up.
- Accurately manage CRM and order systems, ensuring all customer information is recorded and up to date.
- Quality check products prior to dispatch to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Assist with showroom coordination, stocktakes and general front-of-house duties.
- Collaborate with internal teams across inventory, production and operations.
- Support administrative duties including scanning, mail, filing and visitor coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, retail, sales support or receptionist role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly phone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems (experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred).
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods.
- A proactive, positive and team-oriented attitude.
