About the Role:

The Geotechnical Project Engineer Team Leader will take a key leadership position in managing geotechnical projects, guiding a team of engineers, and delivering reliable, top-tier solutions.

  • Supervise and direct technical staff to successfully execute geotechnical assignments.
  • Provide leadership across project execution, client development, and daily operations.
  • Prepare project proposals and technical reports or assign tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Strategically assign personnel to projects to achieve performance targets.
  • Promote integrated service offerings, contribute to business growth efforts, and cultivate strong local connections.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee resource allocation and support growth opportunities through business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer license in state or can obtain one by reciprocity.
  • Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing staff, or the desire to learn.
  • Experience and desire for business development activities.
