Geotechnical Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydrogeologist to lead geotechnical, civil, environmental, and construction material testing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, client relations, and technical execution.
  • Conduct complex site characterizations, groundwater/surface water studies, leachate and gas assessments, and compliance evaluations.
  • Develop detailed environmental reports, permit applications, and technical documentation.
  • Lead and support proposals for complex, high-value projects.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge-sharing across disciplines.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and represent the organization at industry events and professional organizations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in nuclear and/or waste management markets is a plus.
  • Professional Geologist (PG) license in North Carolina.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to learn additional software applications.
