Job Overview

Civil Engineers are sought to work on various projects related to landfills, landfill infrastructure, and solid waste management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices, with the ability to apply knowledge in diverse situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop civil engineering projects using 2D and 3D AutoCAD drafting software
  • Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, reports, and permit applications
  • Collaborate with teams to plan and coordinate work, and represent the company at meetings and conferences
  • Perform fieldwork in varied terrain and weather conditions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering required
  • Minimum of 4 years of civil engineering design experience required. Solid waste related experience is a plus
  • E.I.T. certification required, P.E. preferred
  • Experience with using AutoCAD Civil 3D design software
