Health and Wellbeing Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Safety & Sustainability Wellbeing team as a Return to Work Coordinator. This part-time role offers flexibility across 4–5 days and involves occasional travel to different locations.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will manage the health and wellbeing of employees by demonstrating care and ensuring all are managed in accordance with our values and behaviours and relevant legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and coordinating support for injured employees, developing plans to support workers' gradual return to full roles and health.
- Overseeing the site Occupational Health Centre, including coordinating calibration of medical equipment and managing pre-employment Medicals: Assessing and providing pre-employment medical outcomes.
This challenging role combines autonomy and support, allowing you to work closely with HR and Safety while making a real impact on employee wellbeing.
