What does the job look like? We are looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to lead the Linfox Resources & Industrial business for multiple operations across New South Wales.
Working with some of our largest Industrial clients, this role is responsible for shaping and growing our safety culture with a focus on care, trust and inclusion.
This role would suit an energetic and innovative leader who has multi-site experience in embedding a risk based approach to keep people safe both physically and mentally.
Key SH&W Accountabilities Partner with leaders and customers to develop and execute business and site plans Embed a risk based approach with a focus on every day, critical and psychosocial risks Coach and mentor leaders through a combination of site visits, facilitated training and workshops Develop and maintain the system with a focus on risk, health, compliance and customer expectations Manage serious incident investigations and regulatory notifications/interventions Measure and report on performance, trends and outcomes Are you the one? You enjoy a hands on role coaching, influencing, mentoring and providing specialist workplace health and safety advice to workers and leaders to drive safety across our sites, coupled with your ability to work in an open, collaborative and inclusive manner will ensure success in this role.
