As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents through various activities, health programs, and leisure pursuits. You will work closely with our dedicated Lifestyles team to create meaningful experiences that promote happiness, well-being, and connection.
This is a casual/part-time opportunity requiring flexibility with a 7-day-per-week roster. Immediate start available.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent time management skills, high-level written and verbal communication, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team. Prior experience working with residents with Dementia is highly regarded, and a Certificate in Aged Care or Individual Support is an advantage.
You must be able to deliver the highest quality of individualized care for our residents. All applicants must be willing to undergo NDIS Staff Screening and a pre-employment medical.
Please note: New Auckland Place adheres to state and Commonwealth directions regarding mandatory vaccination requirements within Residential Aged Care Facilities. Applicants must meet the applicable vaccination requirements.
