About the Team

Our team is responsible for delivering complex development projects on behalf of our clients, and we are looking for a leader who can adapt and grow our Project Services business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Project Management team.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Administer contracts and ensure project costs are managed within approved budgets.
  • Operate as a senior specialist in project and development management.
  • Provide presentations, workshops, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage, assess, and review the standards of work and deliverables of staff, project consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex development projects on behalf of the owner/client.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, architecture, or engineering, or other relevant discipline.
  • Highly desired is the possession of a Master of Project Management or Master of Business Administration (majoring in project management) postgraduate qualification.
  • QBCC licensed as a Builder - Project Management Services (or equivalent), or have the ability to obtain this licensure within 12 months.
  • Skilled in maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience conducting economic and financial analysis for business case profitability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Expertise in project management, including scope, budget, quality, and time control.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
