Leadership Opportunity in Disability Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of Site Supervisors and Support Workers in delivering exceptional, person-centred disability support across home (SIL) services in Toowoomba.

  • This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to drive positive change and renew focus on client outcomes, staff development, and service excellence.

To be successful in this position, you will have proven ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams in dynamic service environments.

You will also have strong understanding of the NDIS, relevant quality and safeguarding standards, and sector legislation.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing disability, community, or residential services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop and support a high-performing team of Site Supervisors and Support Workers.
  • Drive person-centred, strengths-based service delivery aligned with client NDIS plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, incident management, rostering, and financial oversight.
  • Collaborate with families, health practitioners, support coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and safe support.
  • Champion continuous improvement and implement strategies that promote service innovation and efficiency.
  • Handle complex client needs and escalate risks where appropriate.
  • Build community connections and identify opportunities to grow and tailor services in line with local needs.
