Job Summary

The Finance Manager is a strategic position that oversees all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the organization's goals.

This role requires embedding strong financial practices, policies, and procedures to align financial resources with the organization's values and priorities.

The successful candidate will lead strategic decision-making by providing sound financial advice and risk analysis, managing financial audits, overseeing grant management, and ensuring the organization remains compliant with all its financial and corporate obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Manage financial audits, oversee grant management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Provide financial advice and guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
