  • HR Policies: Design and implement compliant HR policies to foster a positive work environment.
Your Qualifications:
  • Relevant Qualification: Hold a Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Bring at least 3 years of generalist HR experience to the table, with a strong understanding of employment law and enterprise agreements.
  • Skills: Demonstrate expertise in HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements, with a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking.
