Job Opportunity

This part-time HR Service Delivery role presents a chance to shape and lead HR practices at an organization. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and values.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Provide sensitive and confidential HR support.
  • Assist in performance management and training development.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies for legal compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
  • Support payroll processes.

Qualifications required include a relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and at least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
