Key Business Support Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality finance and business operations support.

This pivotal role involves working closely with the Manager Corporate Services to deliver operational and strategic outcomes that enhance student learning.

  • Coordinating purchasing across campuses and managing freight logistics
  • Financial planning, monitoring, reporting, research, and analysis
  • Supporting the maintenance and replacement of physical assets
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing travel and accommodation bookings

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in school financial management, facilities management and knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures are highly regarded.
