As a Senior Hospitality Leader, you will be responsible for driving engagement and results within your team of 20-50 members. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example: Drive engagement and results with your team, ensuring that they feel motivated and supported in their roles.
  • Manage operations: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from senior management, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop your team: Help your team thrive with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Keep the numbers in check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget and meeting its financial targets.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for running our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
