Technical Solutions Lead

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative data solutions.

This strategic role involves bridging client ambitions with our technical capabilities, architecting compelling, robust, and commercially viable data platforms for leading organisations. Your responsibilities will include designing end-to-end data architectures, authoring engaging technical content, and collaborating with internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the technical development cycle for critical data opportunities;
  • Create comprehensive data architectures and produce high-quality technical documentation;
  • Serve as a trusted data authority and work closely with cross-functional teams;
  • Catalyze client workshops and drive innovation to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in a senior technical role;
  • Technical Visionary: Demonstrable expertise in developing innovative technical solutions;
  • Modern Data Stack Proficiency: Strong knowledge across cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data warehousing, data lakes/lakehouses, data mesh concepts, data governance, and AI/ML services;
  • Exceptional Communicator: Ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strategic Thinker: Understanding of linking technical solutions to business objectives;
  • Client-Facing Excellence: Skilled in presenting complex ideas and managing stakeholder relationships;
  • Industry Certifications: TOGAF, Databricks/AWS/Azure/GCP certifications are highly desirable.
