About the Company
TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a reputable Accounting firm in Melbourne CBD to find a skilled Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the business, supporting three partners in their day-to-day operations and providing high-level administration for the wider business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Partner's calendar, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, supporting documentation, taking minutes, booking rooms, and sending invitations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for the Partners.
- Act as the initial point of contact for external clients and internal leadership.
- Assist with document preparation, including drafting and producing presentations, and managing emails and expenses.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including managing phone traffic, checking voicemails, and coordinating events.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in Accounting or Law firms is highly advantageous.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
