We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Total Permanent Disablement (TPD)/Superannuation Claims Lawyer to join our winning team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2+ years of personal injury legal experience, including at least 1+ year of specific experience in managing TPD/superannuation/insurance claims. They will be an admitted solicitor with strong legal research skills, client-centric approach, and deadline-driven mindset.

In this role, you will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files, providing technical legal advice, liaising with super funds, insurers, and doctors, briefing counsel, and attending court/settlement conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining client instructions and reviewing medical evidence and insurance policies
  • Providing technical legal advice on the viability of claims
  • Liaising with super funds, insurers, and their solicitors
  • Briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of personal injury legal experience
  • At least 1+ year of specific experience in managing TPD/superannuation/insurance claims

Estimated Salary: $75,000-$140,000 per annum
