A key role awaits in our plaintiff firm's Total & Permanent Disablement/Superannuation/Insurance Claims division. As a senior lawyer, you will be mentored by a top industry partner and work closely with a close-knit team to help seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their TPD/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund+ other insurance policies.

**Your Responsibilities**

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files, including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

**Requirements**

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • are an admitted solicitor with MINIMUM 2+ YEARS (or more) personal injury legal experience [including at least 1+ year specific experience in managing TPD (total permanent disablement)/superannuation/income protection insurance claims;
  • have strong legal research skills, are client-centric and deadline driven;
