TPD/Superannuation Claims Specialist

Establish a rewarding career with AFL Recruitment as a TPD/Superannuation Claims Specialist in our esteemed plaintiff law firm. We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our Total and Permanent Disablement/Superannuation/Insurance Claims division, focusing on helping seriously injured clients obtain justice for their TPD/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund and other insurance policies.
Your Role:
As a key member of our winning team, you will be mentored by a top industry-leading partner and have the opportunity to lead a close-knit team. You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files, obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence and trust deed/insurance policies, conducting legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with the super fund, insurers, and doctors, briefing counsel, and attending court/settlement conferences.

Requirements:
- You are an admitted solicitor with a minimum of 3+ years' experience managing TPD matters making claims via superannuation funds/insurance policies, either working in a law firm or in-house for an insurer or super fund;
- You have strong legal research skills, are client-centric, and deadline-driven;
- You love working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
- You are ambitious and hungry to accelerate your specialist career in TPD/Super law and be mentored by people who will help you succeed.
Estimated Salary: $80,000-$150,000
