A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Senior TPD/Superannuation Claims Specialist to join the Total & Permanent Disablement team of this reputable plaintiff firm in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing TPD matters and making claims via superannuation funds/insurance policies, either working in a law firm or in-house for an insurer or super fund.

Salary: $80,000 - $150,000

This senior role comes with a highly competitive salary package, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences;
