Job Role

This is an exciting career opportunity to join a reputable insurance brokerage as an Insurance Executive. As an Insurance Executive, you will collaborate with senior team members on day-to-day client management, supporting the growth of a portfolio of clients.

  • Manage client renewals, pre-renewal preparation, endorsements and cancellations.
  • Handle high-volume, templated insurance requirements for franchise groups (e.g., retail and food brands).
  • Provide advice and support to small business owners.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients through policy questions and renewal processes.
  • Assist with new business development and client retention activities.

This role is hands-on, client-facing and high-volume – perfect for someone ready to learn fast and grow into a senior broking position.

About You
  • 1–2 years' experience in general insurance across broking/claims ideal, but not essential.
  • Financial services background also considered.
  • Patient, empathetic and people-focused. Able to support franchise business owners.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ambitious, coachable and eager to progress in the insurance industry.
  • Tier 1 qualification supported if not already held.
