We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused travel insurance professional to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development in the General Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound phone calls from clients regarding travel insurance inquiries
  • Provide accurate and informative responses to product offerings and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by up-selling and cross-selling existing customers

Requirements:

  • Able to work within the General Insurance industry with experience of developing client relationships
  • Knowledge of Travel Insurance products
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
