A seasoned professional with a background in insurance management is sought to spearhead the implementation of effective risk and insurance strategies within our fast-paced organization.
- Lead annual renewals of personnel and commercial insurance policies across various Asia Pacific countries, ensuring optimal coverage for all departments and projects.
- Manage and coordinate all insurance claims, leveraging expertise to minimize disruptions and maximize benefits.
- Provide strategic and operational insurance advice to ensure adequate cover across all departments and projects, maintaining strong relationships with brokers and external partners.
- Support insurance budget planning and compliance across the region, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all insurance-related activities align with internal standards and industry best practices, driving excellence in every aspect of insurance management.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in insurance or risk management within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore industry, with tertiary qualifications in Legal Studies, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific regulatory environment and operational offshore activities, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident in taking ownership of insurance portfolios and driving compliance, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
