About the Role

This position is responsible for providing essential support through contract management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative, governance, and reporting support to various stakeholders.
  • Managing low to medium risk contracts, including documentation and record keeping.
  • Monitoring performance, risks, and compliance with procurement policies.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports, submissions, and correspondence.
  • Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Managing and evaluating low to medium risk contracts and categories.
  • Developing procurement documentation and contract management plans.
  • Analyzing expenditure, performance, and risks, ensuring value-for-money outcomes.
  • Providing advice on procurement policies and resolving complex issues.
  • Leading stakeholder engagement and representing the organization in forums.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working within a project or contract management environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong time management experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
