About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to join our team as an Inbound Supply Chain Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning, minimizing cost and maximizing customer/seller experience.
  • Own seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organization, driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement available tools/automation to make existing processes scalable.
  • Roll out best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
  • Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
  • Program manage and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
A Day in the Life

As an Inbound Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work and what you and your teams can learn. You'll identify exciting new opportunities and take the lead in designing their implementation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
