The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive experience in staff rostering, who can work directly with operational teams as the main point of contact for rostering information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to optimize resource management.
  • Collaborate with corporate workforce optimization teams to ensure data accuracy and facilitate forecasting.
  • Communicate daily allocations, roster changes, additional shifts, and available shifts to on-site staff.
  • Lead training and manage user access for our timekeeping system.
  • Ensure confidentiality of rostering information in accordance with company policies and code of conduct.
  • Work closely with site leadership to guarantee adequate staffing levels across facilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in staff rostering with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Valid NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
