At Infinite Aged Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies and conduct standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily master rosters, optimise employee availability, handle sick leave and leave requests, coordinate backfilling, and manage casual workforce and labour hire requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the corporate rostering team to ensure data accuracy and system forecasting capabilities.
  • Lead interactions with staff regarding fortnightly allocations, roster adjustments, additional shifts, and shift availability communication.
  • Oversee training and access for the timekeeping system, including onboarding new employees on site-based systems.
