We are seeking a professional with expertise in delivering high-quality training and assessment services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Advanced Diploma of Information Technology program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • To assess student competency against nationally recognized units of competency, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • To design and implement learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles, promoting student success.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, employers, and industry partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of an Advanced Diploma of Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units.
  • Relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in information technology, with a focus on training and assessment.
  • A Certificate in Training and Assessment, with a strong emphasis on adult education.
