We are seeking a highly skilled and creative DTC Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging user-generated content (UGC) campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in creating high-quality UGC or social media content, with a portfolio of previous work that showcases your creativity and attention to detail.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, influencers, and team members.
  • You are passionate about storytelling, creativity, and capturing moments that feel real and authentic.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging and relatable UGC (videos, images, testimonials) that reflects our brand's voice and connects with our target audience.
  2. Collaborate with our marketing and social media teams to align content creation with campaign goals and product launches.
  3. Film and edit short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that highlights the authentic customer experience with our products.
  4. Conduct interviews and capture testimonials from real customers to create social proof and brand trust.
  5. Stay up-to-date with UGC trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure content resonates with the latest audience preferences.
  6. Work closely with customers and influencers to curate genuine, high-quality content that can be repurposed across multiple channels.
  7. Assist in managing the content creation process, from concept to final product, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creating UGC or social media content, with a portfolio or examples of previous work.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools, video editing apps (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, CapCut, etc.), and mobile devices for filming.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their content formats.
