Job Title: Education Professional

As a key member of our Residential Clinical Governance Team, you will play a vital role in the design and delivery of engaging programs aligned with our training matrix and competency assessments.

You will work closely with our team to manage training records, contribute to quality audits, and report on compliance, all while fostering a culture of learning, care, and excellence across our aged care service.

  • Deliver impactful, best-practice training and education to staff members
  • Design and facilitate engaging training programs that meet the needs of our staff
  • Manage training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care and/or acute environments
  • A background in training, education, or learning and development
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
