Join a dynamic team as a Clinical Educator, where you will play a vital role in delivering impactful training and education.

You will design and facilitate engaging programs aligned with our competency assessments and respond to specific learning needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in coordinating orientation and induction sessions, collaborating with external providers, and developing training resources.

Your responsibilities will include managing training records, contributing to quality audits, and reporting on compliance. You will also foster a culture of learning, care, and excellence across our aged care service.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments. Your background in training, education, or learning and development is essential for success in this role.

Key skills include proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs, strong time management and prioritisation skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Alignment with our values and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment are highly desirable. We also require a high-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and a valid Drivers License.
