Key Responsibilities include Supervising, mentoring and leading teams of Security Officers. Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and allocating resources to meet Service Specification priorities is also a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, maintaining necessary documentation for reporting and informing supervisors/line managers is essential. Administrative tasks such as rostering, time and attendance, payroll, budgeting, and leave must be performed to ensure Enterprise Agreement compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications include holding a SA Security Licence with appropriate endorsements, having experience as a Security Officer in a Healthcare Environment, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills for developing positive working relationships, understanding current Aggression Management and de-escalation procedures and standards, demonstrating comprehensive computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office systems and Security Management Systems, and being able to allocate resources effectively to ensure compliance within agreed timeframes.
