Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with WA partners and broker referrers to drive growth and increase referrals.
- Develop new partnerships across various industries to expand Prospa's reach.
- Gather insights to build market awareness and generate referral opportunities.
- Present Prospa's value proposition to attract new business through one-on-one meetings or industry events.
- Implement and deliver on a strategic plan to engage partners, achieve sales targets, and ensure effective sales and marketing practices.
- Collaborate with State Managers to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced sales role with a track record of success.
- Strong prospecting, objection handling, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and meet budget targets.
- Experience in identifying and partnering with target markets.
- Understanding of small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) business drivers and motivators.
- Experience with finance broker markets or channel partnerships is advantageous.
As a Business Development Manager at Prospa, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and a range of benefits designed to support your career growth and well-being.
