Senior Governance Professional

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Governance Professional to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional governance services and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years' experience as a Company Secretary or in a company secretariat function, with a strong knowledge of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), ASX Listing Rules, and Corporate Governance Principles. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality company secretarial and governance services across a portfolio of ASX listed, public, and private clients.
  • Manage relationships with boards, executives, shareholders, registries, lawyers, and regulators.
  • Advise on governance obligations under the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and Corporate Governance Principles.
  • Assist with Board and Shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, papers, and minutes.
  • Maintain corporate records and statutory registers.
  • Develop and maintain best practice governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure clients remain compliant with statutory obligations.
  • Contribute to business growth and participate in business development initiatives.
