Director of Corporate Services

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our executive team and drive corporate services strategy, workforce, and culture.

  • This role involves leading people and culture strategy, driving strategic planning, business development, and policy innovation, as well as supporting governance, compliance, and financial sustainability.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong governance, workforce, and compliance background, with 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership or executive role, ideally in the NGO/community or health sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required, along with exceptional communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence skills.

You will work closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to achieve organisational goals, develop partnerships, and drive innovation. Your seat at the executive table will provide a platform for you to share your ideas, challenge assumptions, and contribute to shaping our future direction.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead people and culture strategy, including HR, WHS, IR, and workforce wellbeing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, business development strategies, and policy innovations that drive growth and improvement.
  • Support governance, compliance, and financial sustainability efforts, ensuring our organisation remains viable and effective.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, income streams, and reputation through external engagement and partnerships.
  • Represent our organisation externally and contribute to sector thought leadership, sharing your expertise and insights with others.
