Job Description

As a seasoned retail leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be on leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and promoting a culture of excellence throughout the store.

  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, product placement, and in-store promotions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in high-volume retail environments.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
