We are seeking an experienced product leader to join our hotels team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering a world-class travel platform.

  • Pioneering Products: Lead hotel product development, collaborating with the business to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive growth and improve supply management.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to inform product decisions.
  • Strategic Vision: Drive vision, strategy, and execution for managed products.
  • Growth & Leadership: Leverage an environment for continuous learning and leadership, with endless growth opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from research to design, build, and launch.
  • Set, measure, and improve success metrics for managed products.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to enhance supply management and optimize the customer experience across channels.

Your Background:

  • Strong experience in product management and UX in high-growth businesses.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, willing to roll up sleeves to find solutions.
  • Analytical and commercial skills valuable for managing large datasets.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritization.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for building products customers love.
  • Demonstrated success in defining metrics for launching excellent products.
