Job Title: Product Experience Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to lead the development of our digital products and services. As a Product Experience Leader, you will play a key role in connecting customers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure seamless and personalised customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital products and services.
  • Define business requirements via epics, features, and stories, together with acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure focus on relevant stories and priority of team backlog and roadmap.
  • Communicate and motivate the delivery team with the product vision.
  • Collaborate with user experience, visual designers, and agency partners to define and create engaging customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner with a solid understanding of best practice and innovative customer experience.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment as a Product Owner, including an understanding of incremental delivery of value.
  • An organised and planned approach, with strong ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
