Talent Acquisition Coordinator

At our organization, we offer specialist allied health services to the aged and community care sectors across Australia. Our team is dedicated to helping people and improving lives, with a focus on those living with injury, illness, pain, or disability.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is experienced at building relationships and looking to grow in their career as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

We are seeking a coordinator to support our recruitment processes and work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner to develop strategies to attract the right staff and secure future growth and success. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to coordinating recruitment activities, managing documentation, and maintaining employee files.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and university platforms.
  • Managing the onboarding process and ensuring new employees are set up correctly according to procedures.
  • Organizing and maintaining employee files in a confidential manner, adhering to company policy and legislation.
  • Coordinating required documentation for visa sponsorship, including timely payments.
  • Organizing marketing efforts and attending conferences and fairs.
  • Providing general administrative support to the People and Talent Partners.
  • Assisting with backup duties during annual leave and sick leave in the People and Talent team.
  • All other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong administration skills, including experience with recruitment software and databases.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
