">The Disability Trainer Role
">We are seeking an experienced Disability Trainer to join our team. As a Disability Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to support individuals with disabilities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored training solutions.

- Assess and evaluate student progress">
- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality training outcomes">
Requirements:
">Apart from holding a current Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAELLN411 / TAA40116) and Certificate IV in Disability (CHC43115), as well as Certificate III Individual Support (CHC33015), industry experience is essential. A strong ability in verbal and written communication, excellent presentation skills are required.
