Lead a Team of Passionate Educators

C&K Birralee Childcare Centre is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director to lead our team of passionate educators. As a Director, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters the growth and development of children aged 0 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver a high-quality educational program
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the centre's compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with families and the wider community
  • Manage the centre's operations and resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the development of the centre's strategic plan and goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
