Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, business development, and sales
  • Renewable energy industry expertise, including renewables, storage, and power grids
  • CRM system experience, e.g., Salesforce
  • Development, construction, or related financing experience in renewables or power grids

Personal Qualities:

  • Exceptional commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and lead by example

Preferred Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience in renewables and/or grid in Australia (ideally 5+ years in commercial/sales-oriented roles)
  • Proven track record driving full sales lifecycle with focus on business development and lead-generation strategies
  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain professional networks
  • Excellent pitching, planning, and operational skills
