Fire Safety Manager

ClearCompany is seeking an experienced professional to lead our fire safety and HVAC services across our national portfolio. As the Head of Fire Services and Safety, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, providing technical guidance, and managing a team of fire and HVAC specialists.
About the Role:This is a permanent position based in Sydney, offering a competitive salary of $150 K + Super + Bonus + Shares. Our client is an ASX listed leader in property services, known for their high staff retention rates and generous rewards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of fire and HVAC specialists and support their continuous development.
- Oversee the management of fire and HVAC services, including essential safety measure certifications.
- Prepare specifications for capital work projects, ensuring adherence to Australian standards and building codes.
- Drive compliance and cost-efficiency in fire safety measures and HVAC-R services.
- Provide technical advice and manage relationships with consultants and service providers.
- Over 5 years of experience in fire services, preferably in the property industry.
- In-depth knowledge of essential fire safety measures, HVAC services, and relevant Australian standards and codes.
- Diploma or higher in building surveying, fire engineering, system design, or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and capital projects, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
