About the Role

TalentWeb is seeking an experienced fire safety professional to manage their essential fire safety measures and HVAC services across their Australian portfolio.

This role involves providing technical guidance, overseeing compliance, and managing maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of Fire and HVAC specialists and support their continuous development.
  • Oversee the management of Fire and HVAC services, including essential safety measure certifications.
  • Prepare specifications for capital work projects, ensuring adherence to Australian standards, Building Codes, and other legislative requirements.
  • Drive compliance and cost-efficiency in fire safety measures and HVAC-R services.
  • Provide technical advice and manage relationships with consultants and service providers.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in Fire services, preferably in the property industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of essential fire safety measures, HVAC services, and relevant Australian Standards and Codes.
  • Diploma or higher in Building Surveying, Fire Engineering, System Design, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and capital projects, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
