About the Role:
Our client, a large cluster of the NSW State Government, who are seeking a Fire Safety Manager to provide technical leadership, manage the fire contract and ensure compliance across a broad portfolio of Government assets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient operation of all fire-related assets, ensuring optimal asset lifecycle management.
- Act as the central point of contact to align fire safety needs.
- Provide technical expertise on fire asset monitoring, maintenance, and sustainability.
- Manage a large portfolio of assets and third party vendors, ensuring fire safety & compliance across the portfolio.
- Lead the development of asset management strategies, encompassing renewals, upgrades, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Trade qualifications and/or a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Fire Safety or Maintenance.
- Strong communication skills with experience in strategic planning, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with services such as mechanical, hydraulic, fire, electrical, and associated legislative requirements.
