About the PositionWe are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurse with a background in sub-acute or acute care to join our team as a Nurse Unit Manager. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and working collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop exceptional clinical nursing practices.
- Provide holistic care to older persons, focusing on supporting patients throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve ambitious outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
- A passion and dedication to providing exceptional care to older persons.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and engage with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Previous management or leadership experience in a NUM/ANUM role.
- A culture of continuous improvement where your contributions make a difference.
